Both. Design, structural feasibility, permitting, project management, and construction are handled by one team, including cabinetry and millwork made in-house.
Our kitchen has a wall we'd like to remove. How do you know if it's load-bearing?
That gets evaluated during design and feasibility, not guessed at from a walkthrough. If it’s load-bearing, we plan for what’s needed to open it safely and price that into the project before construction starts.
We're on septic, not town sewer. Does that affect a kitchen remodel?
It can, if the project adds fixtures or square footage. We check Title 5 capacity as part of feasibility on any Manchester-by-the-Sea property that isn’t sewered.
